Laser Cutting - Ceramics Ltd supplies precision profiled, scribed and drilled ceramic substrates for both thick film and thin film and aluminium nitride for hybrid circuits as well as laser processed ceramics for lids, frames, packages, jigs, fixtures, guides, wear plates, cores, thermal and electrical insulators, spacers, washers, test pieces, kiln supports and wave guides.
The laser processing also includes the laser profiling and laser drilling of silicone rubber, Nylon 66, Mylar, Nomex, stainless foils, quartz, mica, zirconia, sapphire, PZT, silicon wafer and other materials used in the microelectronics industry, and other markets requiring high quality precision laser cut parts.
Batch sizes range from 1-off R&D and prototype work to many 1000s for scheduled work. Our normal lead time is 2-3 days depending on quantity.
