I ntroducing
Nu-Flame, our high performance range of fire protection coatings that have been
developed to protect a variety of substrates. The range includes:
Nu-Flame clear intumescent varnish - for coating internal and external timber
and timber derivative surfaces. This enhances the natural colour of the wood and
upgrades fire protection to Class 1
and Class 0
Nu-Flame clear fire retardant solution – a water based solution that is absorbed
into the surface of substrate to prevent the spread of flames.
Nu-Flame fire retardant decorative paints – specifically developed for use over
previously painted services, converting to Class 0 as required by building
regulations BS 476 Pt 6 & 7.

Hydron has also developed a range of special Nu-Flame
solutions that provide fire protection for steel surfaces. These are available
in water or solvent based coatings, both of which are capable of providing 30,
60, 90 and 120 minutes fire resistance, depending on the type of finish

Hydron are able to offer a wide range of anti-graffiti solutions, including both
clear and pigmented anti-graffiti coatings as well as permanent, semi-permanent
and sacrificial anti-graffiti coatings.
Nu-Guard Anti Graffiti (Siloxane Based) – this has an excellent decorative
appearance and is highly resistant to solvents and chemicals.
Available in any British Standard or RAL
colour.
Nu-Guard Anti-Graffiti (Water Based) – this water based urethane coating is
suitable for internal decoration and is available in any pastel colour.
Nu-Guard Clear AF Anti-Graffiti – solvent based glaze available in a matt or
gloss finish.
Nu-Flame A.G Anti-Graffiti Glaze – ideal for internal decorations over existing
paintwork.
Nu-Cryl A.G – acrylic based coating which requires only one application, even
over brick, natural stone and concrete.

Hydron makes available a number of different graffiti removers for a variety of
substrates, including brickwork, glass, concrete and metal.
AG2 Graffiti Remover – this is a highly effective low odour formula used for
removing graffiti from plastics and other sensitive surfaces. It has been
specifically developed NOT to leave haze on transparent polycarbonate sheeting.
AG3 Graffiti Remover – specially developed for non-porous surfaces, including
paintwork, glass, metal, tiles and anti-graffiti coatings.
AG3 GEL Graffiti Remover – effectively removes all types of graffiti from stone,
concrete, brickwork and other types of porous surfaces.
SL1 Shadow Lifter – a uniquely formulated alkaline cleaner for removing stubborn
graffiti shadows from porous surfaces.
SL2 Shadow Lifting Poultice – a specially formulated poultice cleaner for
removal of extremely stubborn graffiti shadows from porous surfaces.

Hydron offers a range of stone protection products which
can be used on all types of stone surfaces, including sandstone, reconstituted
stone, limestone, marble granite, slate, brickwork and concrete. Nu-Cryl
solutions will protect against oil, water, graffiti, pollution, staining,
organic growth and chewing gem adhesion for up to 15 years. These
environmentally friendly coatings require just one easy application and will not

We have an extensive range of floor coatings that offer long term resistance to
foot and vehicle traffic and which benefit from excellent decorative and
