We provide solutions to specialist industrial applications for many sectors, including the paper and textile industries as well as the chemical and food process industries.
Our range of reliable, robust and efficient pipeliner macerators are ideal for the maceration, disintegration or conditioning of solids in flow, offering control of macerated particle size and pump protection with ease of maintenance.
We also offer high performance horizontal/vertical line (HVL) macerators with belt drive units that
have been designed for tank-fed or sump use for maceration of solids in flow. These units feature the choice of coarse or fine open-face maceration.

We offer complete wastewater solutions, and can provide a total turnkey service from design and development through manufacture, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
All design, planning, manufacturing and finishing is done in-house, including bespoke wiring for electrical systems, paint spraying and post production testing. We perform as much work as possible before delivery in order to reduce installation time and costs.
All after-sales support is provided by our fully trained Haigh Service Engineers. We hold product spares for at least ten years after production, and all systems are easily upgradable and extendable
to meet future capacity or discharge specifications .
