Under the Fugro umbrella we are proud to be a world leader
in the development and application of Cone Penetration Testing (CPT). CPT is a
cost effective method used to quantify geotechnical and geo-environmental
properties of sediments. We work with a range of cone types and rigs suitable
for use with all types of onshore and overwater ground conditions.
In-situ probes/ sensors collect geological, geotechnical,
hydro-geological and geo-environmental data which is used to create contour
maps or three-dimensional projections clearly illustrating the in-situ
conditions.
Full details of our rig and cone types are available to
download and view on our website and our team is on hand to answer any
questions and provide expert advice in this area.
