Our
extensive background in manufacturing precision perforated panels for the
animal feed, reclamation and quarrying industries has given us
comprehensive knowledge and experience in producing panels of the highest
quality. We use extremely flexible CAD-CAM and CNC technology that enables
us to offer cost-effective solutions for everything from aesthetic
architectural panels to engineering components that can withstand the most
hostile operating environments.
All
our panels are made to our customers' specific requirements; there are no
''standard'' units. Holes can be made in any shape and in a wide variety
of sizes and complex patterns depending upon the panel material, and all
panels are hand-finished to remove sharp edges and corners. |

We maintain a large stock of finished items available for same-day despatch, as well as part-finished and component form that enables rapid fulfilment of more specialised requirements or larger orders.

Recycled
& Industrial Products
Our range of durable, hardened screens, swing hammers and other wearing parts for use in industrial pulverisers, granulators, shredders, hammer-mills, crushers and disintegrators has been developed to meet the demanding requirements of the environmental recycling, quarrying and other industries.
These products include perforated screens in standard steel up to 15 mm thick, hardened screens, hardened alloy hammers, and chrome-carbide hard-faced and tungsten carbide-tipped hammers.
Our fast manufacturing times and vast stocks of material allow us to fulfil orders quickly at a large cost saving over other manufacturing methods. Our hardened screens have a cost/life product ratio that allows them to become cost effective in cases where previously, high costs were
prohibitive.
