  • BandCut - The BandCut is suitable for cutting subsea or topside with a diameter range from 16" to 36". It can cut a wide range of materials including concrete coated pipe, steel pipe, super duplex stainless steel, polyurethane and composite flexible risers. Additionally this tool can be ROV mounted for deepwater applications.
  • Friction Stud Welding - Friction Stud Welding is a solid phase process where the stud is rotated at high speed and forged against the parent material producing heat from friction and forge welding the stud to the metal surface. This method produces higher quality stud welds with excellent fatigue life, far better than can be achieved by arc welding. this portable system can be used underwater and topside explosive environments.
  • JetCut - Water abrasive cold cutting system which has a direct injection of abrasive material into the water stream, and operates at pressures between 10,000psi and 15,000psi. the JetCut system is also capable of cutting both internally and externally from 6" - 180".
  • ProDredge - Proserv Offshore have 2 new dredging units, The ProDredge 150R - capable of 40 tonnes per hour and with no depth restriction, and the ProDredge 300R - capable of 100 tonnes per hour.
  • ProJet - The ProJet is a protective coating removal system powered by HP water, designed to remove concrete and other protective coating on pipelines ranging from 24" to 42". A SA2 surface finish can be achieved using this system.
