Rhino Metal Coatings

Here at Kortec Coatings, we are pleased to offer Rhino metal coatings. These coatings are suitable for use on a wide range of demanding equipment types such as: quarry and heavy plant power generation systems, mining machinery hydraulic lift platforms, agricultural equipment and more.

Rhino coatings feature fast, high-build properties for minimum application time, rapid cure to maximise production efficiency and effective, anti-corrosion performance. They have been specially formulated for use in industrial settings and are structured for use with spray application equipment. Rhino metal coatings can also be applied by brush or roller in areas where spraying facilities are not available.

Direct-To-Substrate

We are also pleased to supply the Cryltane range of direct-to-substrate coatings. These coatings have been expertly designed and created to achieve maximum quality with minimum preparation and application time. They are suitable for direct application to substrates including steel, aluminium, plastic, mineral surfaces, glass and more. Gloss levels from 20% through to 80% are available which are suitable for application by brush, roller or low-pressure/ high-pressure spraying equipment. At Kortec Coatings we are dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs. Product Trials/Demonstrations

Following the development of special coatings and in-house testing procedures, we trial our coatings at the customer’s facilities. This demonstrates the quality of the coating and provides customers with the opportunity to discuss the product with our competent coating consultants. All product trials and demonstrations are arranged at a time to suit the customer. 

Colour Matching

At Kortec Coatings, we are pleased to match any colour sample via our spectrophotometer facility. Our computerised tinting machines are used to reproduce colour formulations to incredibly high standards and enable clients to purchase a range of products that feature specific colour schemes. All client colour formulations are stored on our database which enables us to reproduce coatings quickly and easily in the future. Samples are also stored and can be referred to as part of our ISO 9001:2008 traceability procedures.

Kortec Coatings is pleased to supply top quality wood solutions from Sayerlack.
