Project Management

Centrilift Industrial Services offer project management and complete turnkey solutions. We tailor our services to your specific requirements in order to deliver realistic, competitive programs of work. Our proposals are cost-effective and time-efficient. Centrilift’s project management services comply with the most recent legislation and health and safety regulations. We liaise with governing bodies and the authorities as well as administering all necessary documentation.

Decontaminate, Decommission, Dismantle

You can rely on Centrilift Industrial Services to carry out thorough decontamination of your site and equipment. We are qualified in the handling and disposal of hazardous, toxic and contaminated substances. Centrilift Industrial Services have a wealth of experience in the decommission and dismantle of process plant and equipment across sectors including the cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical, beverage, food, dairy, and packaging industries.

* Site closure - Centrilift Industrial Services assume the role of Principal Contractor when undertaking site or factory closures. We orchestrate the removal, storage, purchase and redistribution of plant and equipment. Centrilift Industrial Services perform thorough site clearances and re-instate infrastructure according to project specification.

Pre-ingress and Site Prep.

Pre-ingress we itemise, match mark and record plant layouts. P&I diagrams are drawn up to identify electrical and mechanical connections and services. Site prep work involves the planning and construction of access / ingress paths as well as the installation of rigging.

Lift / Move

We can perform the following operations, including but not exclusive to:

Store

Centrilift Industrial Services offer a range of storage options. We can provide permanent or temporary storage and have both external and internal facility. Office space and vehicle / trailer parking are available to storage customers. Centrilift Industrial Services have further storage allocation through Centristore.

Packing and Transport

Centrilift Industrial Services provide complete packing, loading and transportation services. We pack for shipping and export; load and transport by road, water-way, sea and air. Centrilift Industrial Services can supply load restraints as well as fabricate bespoke support frames, saddles and jigs.

*Capability – Centrilift Industrial Services are competent in heavy lifting and the transportation of outsized (long / wide) loads.  Our permanent skilled workforce is equipped with mobile cranes, forklifts, lorries, heavy lifting gantries, heavy haulage transportation and all the tools and tackle to undertake the most complex of operations

Installation and Maintenance

Centrilift Industrial Services have the capabilities to master-mind the installation of new plant and equipment as well as relocate your existing set-up. Installations involve lining, levelling and the connection of services (including secondary M&E). Centrilift Industrial Services can source replacement or additional equipment and engineer line, machinery and structural modifications.

*Engineering facility – Centrilift Industrial Services work in affiliation with the engineering facility at Centriplant Rebuilds and Tank Co. Ltd. The division includes a team of specialist fabricators and skilled metal workers; it is fully equipped to provide complete technical support to any Centrilift commission.

In addition, the method statement highlights potential hazards and lists appropriate control measures. Risk assessments The risk assessment identifies potential hazards. The document details solutions to possible pitfalls. Every risk, however minor, is identified and assessed. The risk assessment informs the precautions taken by those responsible for Health and Safety on site. Site Inductions Inductions are compulsory for every person working on a site under the control of Centrilift Industrial Services. Site inductions include: security on site, site welfare, significant risks and hazards, emergency procedure, fire emergency / evacuation procedure, access rules, PPE (protective equipment) , a zero tolerance drink and drugs policy and accident reporting. Site Inspections / Audits Centrilift Industrial Services Health & Safety management carry out unannounced site inspections and safety audits for self-improvement. The inspections / audits ensure that the company’s safety procedures are being adhered to. Incident / Accident reporting Reporting incidents and accidents helps improve safety on site. Near-miss incidents that occur more frequently are also recorded. It is the project manager’s responsibility to maintain an accurate record of all site incidents and accidents and inform Health & Safety in case of major injury or concern. PUWER and LOLER Our equipment is fully tested and accordingly certified. All site equipment is registered to an appropriately trained representative charged with its operation and maintenance. Our slings are tested to comply with PUWER (Provision and Uses of Work Equipment Regulations) and LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) standards.
