Pinstamp® Dot Peen Marking Systems

Pinstamp® Single and Multi-Pin Dot Peen Marking Systems are based on Telesis’ original, patented “Floating Pin” design. They feature a pneumatically driven and returned metal pin that permanently indents the marking surface with either dot matrix or continuous line characters – even logos, graphics and 2-D codes can be reproduced. Because the marking pin “floats” on constant return air pressure, surface irregularities up to ¼” are easily accommodated – without any stress concentrations. 

There are more than 10 models in the Pinstamp® range, each of them versatile enough to carry out a range of tasks. They are ideal for both standalone and in-line manufacturing processes.

TeleScribe® Scribe Marking Systems

TeleScribe® Scribe Marking Systems are proven to provide permanent, low-noise, continuous character marking, and are the preferred choice for manufacturers right across the globe. 

Scribe marking, often referred to as “drop and drag” or scratch marking, is an established standard for VIN marking and other applications where the noise created by a standard dot peen marker may be a concern. 

TeleScribe® marking systems are designed to accommodate the high mechanical stresses of the application whilst delivering optimum legibility of the marked part. All models use high quality rails and bearings to guarantee precise, repeatable pin positioning, ensuring a consistent mark from part to part. 

BenchMark® Dot Peen Markers

BenchMark® Dot Peen Markers enable you to achieve quality, permanent part marking wherever you need it. They are ideal for those who have only an occasional need for marking, or for those who require a mobile marking capability.  They are designed for easy set-up and immediate use, right out of the box – they require no air supply lines (since they are built on electromechanical pin design), and they do not need a PC connection. Identiplate® Data Plate Marking System

Identiplate® Data Plate Marking Systems from Telesis are fast, flexible and fully programmable. They are designed to automatically feed and permanently mark metal data plates in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses. Using Telesis’ patented, low maintenance floating pin dot peen marking technology, these table-top units can print multiple character sizes from .03” to 4.00” in just seconds. UID / Data Matrix Marking

Telesis Pinstamp® dot peen and laser marking systems have been designed to meet the requirements of Business Rule 14 of the UID guide, which governs Data Matrix markings on certain components supplied to the U.S Department of Defense.
