There are two types of dampness in any property: rising and
penetrating damp. Rising damp is usually identified in deteriorating paintwork,
skirting rot and musty smell. We can treat rising damp via damp proof course
injection which prevents it from progressing further, before we re-render walls
with our specialist plaster. Penetrating damp is often the result of external
defects such as poor guttering, pointing and design. It is often called lateral
water penetration and is typically found in basements and cellars. We treat it
via our Structural Cavity Drain Membrane Waterproofing System or alternatively our Sika Render Structural Waterproofing System, depending on the property.

We are approved installers of Delta Membrane Systems and are
able to work with you on any waterproofing project. Though there are many
cavity drain membrane systems on the market, our experience has consistently
shown Delta systems to be the most robust, efficient and resilient. The systems
are affordable, with no compromise on quality being made, and the team behind
them are exceptionally supportive and flexible. They are always on hand to give
accurate, relevant and up-to-date advice, and always deliver materials within
an extremely short-time frame. These systems are durable enough to last long
after a guarantee period comes to an end.
The Kemporal waterproofing system is applied with liquid and
can bond to virtually any substrate, resulting in a seamless, UV-stable
membrane that won’t delaminate. The components of the Kemporal system are
applied on site in cold liquid form and are reinforced via a Kemporal V210
inlay. The liquid resin can adapt to all structural features and cures, forming
a permanently elastic membrane, giving long-term protection. With no joints,
seams or naked flames, the Kemporal application in liquid form is resistant to
wind suction once it is applied directly to a concrete surface and is also
permeable to water vapour. Kemporal systems come with 40 years of proven
performance.
The Sika products we use are produced by a brand that has
provided top-quality reliability to the industry for a century. Eradicure-Alliance
is a key advocate of Sika products and materials, which are seen as being amongst
the leading products in basement and below ground waterproofing. Upon surveying
your property, our specialists can identify and install the perfect Sika system
for your waterproofing requirements. We can oversee each stage of installation,
including preparation and finishing to an unrivalled standard. The Sika Render
Structural Waterproofing system is highly-resistant to water ingress and is
used for basements and wet walls where high external ground levels are evident.
