We are an export specialist in
environmental protection products, dedicated to integrated business of
research, production, sales and service. Our main products include a
series of solar chargers, solar camping lights, solar flashlights, solar
bike lights, solar head lamps, solar book lamps, LED camping lights,
multi-energy supply camping lights, LED head lamps, LED bike lights, LED
flashlights and LED work lamps as well as other low consumption,
environmental protection products. Our annual sales range from $10
million to $12 million, 20% of which would be invested in new products
development each year. We have a research team of vigorous young
members, led by two British designers graduating from Central Saint
Martins College of Art and Design. The flexible solar charger, an
emerging high-tech product, was introduced by us back in 2009 and won
significant encouragement and support from our local government. It is
capable of power supply for field work, due to its many features
including high portability (amorphous silicon is one fifth of the weight
of crystalline silicon of the same watts and unit), foldability and
extensibility, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance
(up to 80? and down to-40?), ageing resistance (up to over 20 years),
insulation, water and moisture proof, as well as our flexible customized
power allocation service ranging from 1.5W to 64.0W or even higher
levels.
On top of that, the flexible amorphous
solar cell is a three-layer composite technology of P-N sandwich
structure, absorbing red, blue and green spectrums in three layers from
the sunlight, which has resolved the limitation of monocrystalline and
polycrystalline silicon for only absorbing visible low frequency red
wave spectrums. Surface treatment on its encapsulation greatly reduces
the impact of light mirror reflection, leaving more room for sunlight
absorption.
Meanwhile, we have also developed
proprietary polymer cell encapsulation technology, which not only
eliminates the aging of amorphous silicon but also extends its lifespan
to 15 to 20 years.
Nowadays, we have established production
and sales business of flexible foldable solar chargers in US, Europe,
Australia, Canada and other countries.
