Self Adhesive Films

A flexible option for print substrates, self adhesive film can be used for all kinds of graphics and easily adheres to virtually any surface. Self adhesive film can be used for temporary or permanent applications and BAF’s range includes specially suited self adhesive vinyl as we all as eco-friendly alternatives. The films that we have available are clear vinyl and optically clear polyester, block-out, coloured, metallic, foils, self-cling and obscurity films. For temporary campaigns we can use a removable solution that uses static alone to adhere to the surface.

Ec-static: Temporary Graphics

Launched in 2012 for the Christmas period, the Ec-static is a revolutionary invention that uses its own static charge to adhere to clean, dry surfaces. The need for self adhesive, glue, tapes or pins has been completely eliminated. BAF can cut the Ec-static into shaped decals or drops that can be hung and provides our clients with a trouble free, temporary installation and removal process. They are also easy to move or reposition if needed. An environmentally friendly product, the Ec-static is made from 100% recyclable polypropylene film and uses no harmful chemicals and can emits not gas or toxins during recycling or incineration.

Window Graphics

By using beautiful, bespoke window graphics we are able to change plain glass into something truly spectacular that can be used as a graphic backdrop for interior decor, retail displays or for brand communication as well as being a useful tool to obscure visibility and creating privacy. Optically clear films are designed to look as though they are part of the glass and will not obstruct the non printed areas. BAT are also able to provide one way vision films including Contra Vision®  or Lumisty that offer view control as well as textured or frosted films. The printed decals can be cut to any size or shape and we can also offer temporary easy to remove solutions.

Wallcoverings

Our commercial grade wall coverings can be used for display purposes, as an effective form of brand communication or in an innovative decorating scheme. BAF’s vast selection of finishes are all fire rated to class O and 1, allowing them to be used in areas that attract heavy wear and tear. They are perfect for creating unusual backdrops in the interiors of retail, leisure, commercial, hospitality, education and healthcare premises. Standard decorators paste can be used to hang the paper, however as an alternative we can supply self adhesive and repositionable wall coverings. We have a huge choice of image available and are happy to help if you are having trouble finding something suitable.

Direct to Media

We are able to print graphics directly to wood glass and metal and other flat, rigid panels using direct to media print technology. We can also use this high tech system to print onto foamcore and laminates, including Dibond and other composite sheet materials. The use of white ink as part of the printing process enables us to print black and coloured panels as well as onto roll film. BAF can print flat rigid sheet material in sizes of up to 2000mm wide and 30mm thick. This capability affords our clients the option to have large scale graphics and imagery produced that can be used on display boards, wayfinding, hoarding and signage.

Art & Canvas

Top of the range photographic and digital print equipment used in conjunction with a selection of other media enables BAF to perfectly recreate artwork in fine art detail. Used by photographers, galleries and designers, BAF can reproduce digital prints to fine art paper or transfer them to wall coverings. We are able to turn original work into canvas prints or stretched canvas frames, reverse mount acrylics for wall hanging or print photographs onto gloss, matt, pearlescent paper, as well as clear or opal film. We are also able to offer a selection of both visible and invisible fixings.

Banners

Banners can provide an easy, instant way to promote a brand or decorate events and exhibitions. BAF produce a range of banners finished to your precise requirements. They can be ceiling hung and printed as single or double sided in block-out or mesh PVC, polyester textile, canvas or paper. Our banners are suitable virtually any application and we offer a choice of finishes that include eyelets, stitched and pocketed or on hanger rails for ceiling mounted display.

Hoardings

Placing an eye catching hoarding around an area where work is being completed can help increase awareness of the new development as well as providing an opportunity to advertise and promote the company, product or service. BAF can direct print onto hoardings using appropriate materials including Dibond and other aluminium composite boards as well as hoarding grade plywood. These materials can be easily fitted directly to the sub-frames which can save both time and money. If the flat surface is already in situ we can digitally apply printed vinyl with either a pre or post finish using a suitable anti-graffiti or scuff resistant seal. Banner or building wraps are also available and can be secured to the scaffold or similar framed structure.

Lightboxes & Tension Fabric Frames

BAF use the latest in LED technology for our lightweight display lightboxes. They are supplied with a printed tension fabric which features a graphic that is simple to change when needed. The lightbox equally distributes the light over the entire area so that there are no hotspots. The light lamps have an expected life cycle of 30,000 hours that not only makes them hugely energy efficient but also reduces the need for maintenance as well as being cost effective. We can also supply a frame system of lightweight aluminium that have a low profile and are a perfect way to wall mount graphics

Signage & Wayfinding

Using our direct to media technique we can print graphics to rigid panels as well as being able to cut them digitally to any shape making them a perfect option for all your signage and wayfinding graphic needs. Panels can also be wrapped and sealed for longevity; they are then finished with suitable fixings for their final use whether that is interior or exterior. Other options we can offer are vinyl lettering or branding using a variety of self adhesive film that will attach the signage and wayfinding to any wall or glazed surface.

Portable Displays

Clever Frame is one of our portable display solutions; it is made from an aluminium frame that can be configured to nearly any form. These frames offer easy construction and can be put together without the need for tools or prior experience. Magnets are used to securely hang the graphic panels to the face of the frame allowing the graphic to effortlessly cover the whole frame. We can also offer our clients a selection of high end portable displays,  pop-ups, pull-ups and other modular display systems that can be personalised with your own graphics either photographic or printed digitally and are perfect for use in marketing, branding and the other communication applications.

Digital Motion Graphics

Video imagery is becoming an increasingly popular choice for clients; at BAF we can provide a full digital signage or motion graphics package. Not only will we provide the content we can also supply the hardware, software, screen installation and network management. From a marketing and advertising point of view using digital motion graphics in unison with digitally printed graphics allows customers to interact with products and services at a whole new level. BAF are able to create a bespoke motion graphics solution for you using tools such as a media player or networked computer for a single display unit, or provide a solution that encompasses multiple sites.

Our experienced project managers work with our clients from the initial planning stages of a project right through to installation. We offer practical solutions to a clients brief and always deliver projects on time and in the agreed budget. We stay in constant contact with the client throughout the process and always try to minimise the disruption caused to our client. At every stage we check the work and the Production Manager will ensure it complies with the project brief, original artwork and approved samples before sign off, furthermore all goods are also thoroughly checked before dispatch.

Digital printing is our area of expertise and we offer a full range of graphic production solutions. We ethically source and carefully select materials of superior quality from leading manufacturers and try to always be mindful of sustainability. Our large format print and photographic devices are state of the art and we only use inks of the highest quality for strong adhesion, resilience and colour permanence.
