SG Quality Engineering was established in 1996 to provide expertise in the development and maintenance of Quality Management Systems for clients, primarily covering the North of England and Southern Scotland from their Hexham office.
Our goal is to provide an ongoing, cost effective service to our clients. We assist them in developing and managing their quality systems to continue to improve the quality of the products and services they provide on a day-to-day basis.
For a quality system to achieve its potential it is essential to have a good understanding of what can be achieved. There are many companies that are not large enough to justify a full-time position to develop and manage a quality system with the result that someone is given the responsibility for quality system development whose main role in the company is something else. This often means that they may not have the time, the skill or the commitment to do the job sufficiently well to achieve the improvements you are aiming for. Most of our customers fall into this category.
The service we provide is a productive but flexible solution to this situation.
