From the highly complex to the straightforward, components can be moulded in a variety of thermoplastic materials, including ABS, Acetal, ASA, LCP, nylon, PES, PC/ABS, polycarbonate, polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, PPO, PPS, PTFE, SAN, Torlon and TPES, and where practical the use of reprocessed materials. We are also able to colour these materials if required by liquid, powder or masterbatch methods.
We have an established reputation for tackling difficult projects requiring special techniques including:- 2-shot moulding; insert/outsert moulding; post-mould forming and machining; ultrasonic welding; pad printing (multicolour).
