Bluebird Care provides services to support elderly people, terminally ill, family with children and adults with physical disabilities with day to day personal and domestic tasks to live as independently as possible. Services include:  Shopping and preparing meals  Getting washed and dressed  Getting out and about   Social activities such as going to the cinema, swimming, etc.  • Cleaning, washing and ironing  Hospital appointments  Prompting medication   Enabling patients discharged from hospital in setting goals for recovery  We also offer 24 hour care, respite and convalescent care.
