Our Skilmatic range of actuators are designed to provide reliable solutions for electrical fail safe and modulating control for quarter turn and linear valves and dampers. This Skilmatic actuator features an electrical operation combined with precise hydraulic control in a reliable mechanical fail-safe action. Our new SI/ EH Pro actuators feature a highly intelligent control and monitoring system to provide two position, safety shutdown in SIS or other precise modulating control applications. With the Bluetooth setting tool, the actuator configuration and datalogger files can be transferred easily from the field to PC for analysis and data storage.

We offer an extensive selection of electric actuators, including our flagship IQPro range of intelligent actuators, which feature our innovative and unique double-sealed enclosure, data logging, infra-red commissioning and predictive maintenance.
Our other electric actuators include the A and AWT ranges that feature complete environmental sealing to IP68 in a unit that combines a robust electric motor with a reliable mechanical drive.
The Q range of single-phase quarter-turn direct drive actuators, with a marine option, is available in two versions. We also offer the NA range of specialist actuators designed for use in the nuclear industry.

We manufacture a wide variety of rugged and robust fluid power actuators, with several types and models available in each range:

Most of our actuator ranges are available for linear valve applications as well as quarter-turn designs. There are several actuators in our ranges that are designed for emergency shutdown duties (ESD) or critical high-speed failsafe. We manufacture two main types of electric actuators that provide continuous modulating control in process industry applications.
- Control Valve Actuators - Our CVA range of quarter-turn and linear actuators were specially designed to meet exacting process control demands and set a new standard for process control and valve actuation with advanced technology for motion control. We also offer the GPSA range of smart actuators with their own PI process controller as well as the 1000/1600 series of robust, cost-effective and compact process control valve actuators.

One of the hallmarks of our actuator products has been, for several years, the use of network connectivity for plant control integration. Plant commissioning, control and monitoring are easily accomplished with the use of open and proprietary systems. Valve control commands are actioned and status feedback is reported by the actuator via the field highway to the plant control system (PLC or DCS).
All Rotork actuators can be made compatible with a wide selection of process controls and communications systems by the simple inclusion of the appropriate option card.
Our proprietary Pakscan system is compatible with many open protocol network bus systems.

We offer a comprehensive range of service products specifically tailored to meet individual customers' requirements.
Our emergency and planned Field Service are available for all actuator types, including those situated in hazardous environments. We can offer planned response or guaranteed emergency response times. Our Field Services include installation, commissioning, upgrading, troubleshooting and repair of actuators and control systems. We also provide retrofit services, equipment health checks and preventative maintenance.
In our workshops we carry out Actuator Overhauls to restore long service units to guaranteed 'as new' condition.
Our shutdown outages service includes removal, overhaul, re-installation and re-commissioning.
We also offer Extended Scope services that can cover some or all of the activities associated with actuation projects, including surveys, design, procurement and manufacturing as well as commissioning.
In addition to these services, we also supply spares, technical support and in-house or on-site training tailored to the customers’ specific application and requirements.

The Rotork Fluid Systems' Smart Valve Monitor (SVM) partial stroke valve testing system provides comprehensive performance monitoring of pneumatic and hydraulically actuated on/off valves.
Primarily used on shutdown valves, it is compatible with virtually all fluid power actuators and is suitable for subsea, HIPPS, blow-down and process shutdown applications.
The SVM offers real-time partial stroke testing of all elements of the valve / actuator / control system as required by IEC 61508. It is completely transparent to normal operations and can detect stiff valves, exhaust restriction, damaged actuator cylinders, disconnected valves, etc.
The SVM facilitates strategic maintenance and assists with SIL compliance.

The RotorK Pakscan control network system eliminates the requirement for heavy network cabling, complementing the open protocol systems from Profibus, Modbus, DeviceNet and Foundation
Fieldbus and allowing remote control of up to 240 valves and actuators using secure communications over a single twisted pair data highway cable.
The Pakscan Ethernet master station has a web server and Ethernet LAN (local area network) capability that provides a plug and play host solution with easy connection and rapid plant commissioning.
All control and diagnostics of the field network and actuators can now be carried out remotely, even over the internet, via any type of computer with internet browsing capabilities. Our high performance, precision control instruments feature:
- Pneumatic Pressure Regulators: to reduce an unregulated high input pressure to a regulated lower output pressure.
- Electro-Pneumatic Transducers: compact and light-weight providing fast and accurate response. Models may include analogue feedback input option to control the process variable independent or transducer output.
- Pneumatic Air Volume Booster: to reproduce a low flow control signal with a higher regulated flow ouput pressure.
- Pneumatic Relays: to perform mathematical functions on one or more input signals in a single regulated pneumatic output.
