We have two manufacturing sites in the South of England. The Head Office at Rustington houses the latest state of the art CNC machinery including Citizen and Tornos Deco Sliding Head CNCs up to 14 axis which are capable of eliminating second operation work completely. This of course improves quality whilst at the same time helping to reduce costs.
We have fixed head CNCs from Miyano up to 42mm diameter capacity which are also fitted with sub spindles and driven tooling so that once again ‘one hit machining’ can take place. We also have 8 Wickman Multi Spindle Automatics up to 42mm capacity which are well suited to high volume parts.
Our Brighton factory has 21 coil fed Escomatic machines with capacity from 0.5mm to 7mm diameter. These machines are capable of producing small parts of high quality in high volumes on a lost cost basis. This factory alone is capable of producing over 2 million parts per week.
We have an excellent reputation for quality, delivery and competitive prices and are able to machine most ferrous and non ferrous metals as well as plastics. Both sites have BS EN ISO 9001:2000 approval.
