Our
planetary dough and paste mixers feature planetary heads that are greased
for life. Easily adaptable to your specific requirements, they offer the
unique advantage of never having liquid oil above the food zone.
Available
in capacities ranging from five to 200 litres, all models include the
stainless steel bowl, beater, hook and whip as standard. A scraper is
included on models from 20 litres upwards.
The
whip and hook are manufactured from solid stainless steel. Beaters are
formed from pressure die-cast aluminium with a steel boyonet. In most
countries a full safety guard in either steel or plastic is included as
standard equipment.
Bowl
tippers and lifters as well as a wide selection of accessories for
mincing, cutting etc., are also available.

Our
new range of ribbon blade powder blenders are a result of our ongoing
commitment to meeting our customers' needs. These "4 way/Ribbon"
type machines, constructed of stainless steel (AISI304), have an internal
rotor inside a fixed body, and they are capable of mixing a wide variety
of agrifood or chemical products thoroughly and rapidly. They are
dust-tight and can be used for inertization at 400 mm l.c.
Available
in four models with capacities ranging from 400 to 3500 litres, these
machines have been carefully designed to eliminate “dead zones” and
maximise ease of internal cleaning. The parts are easily dismantled, so
disruption from routine maintenance is minimal.

We
offer a comprehensive range of process equipment, including vacuum
conveyors, magnetic separators, and big bag fillers and dischargers.
Our
vacuum conveyors require only an air supply. They pick up hoppers and
lances and can convey them up to 100 metres with no attrition of your
product.
Big
bag fillers and dischargers feature inflatable neck seals and adjustable
heights. All stainless-steel models and load cell options are available.
Our
magnetic separators and tubes are made to order or can be an accessory
option with our sieving machinery. The stable rare earth neodymium magnets
have a long life and can be supplied in many strengths, with the most
popular gauss ratings being 7000, 9000, 11000 and 14000.
We
can also design bespoke process equipment solutions that meet your unique
