Groundworks

Excel Demolition can take care of all enabling works which includes organising the groundwork, associated services and drainage as well as setting up foundation cabins and providing cabin delivery and connection. In terms of foundations, we can carry out standard strip foundation, underpinning and pads as well as looking after ground beams which are an area we specialise in. We are also able to provide our clients with external and special works which can include driveways, road repairs, paving or soft landscaping. For all of our groundworks we offer superb service that will ensure that your project is run in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Construction

Construction is another area of expertise at Excel Demolition with our specialities lying in new builds, loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments and renovations. We can work with clients from both the public and private sector and at all stages of the project. Our service covers pre-construction, construction management, conceptual budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, estimating as well as the design and build. We are renowned for our innovative use of traditional methods of construction as well as our of state of the art technology and delivery systems which ensure we regularly exceed our customer expectations. The finish on all our work is a meticulous in terms of both its design and the attention to detail.

Projects

At Excel Demolition we are approached by a diversity of clients to work on a broad spectrum of projects and we have worked on both residential projects as well as large scale corporate projects for schools, hospitals and heritage sites. We often work on sites whilst they are still in action, something we had to do for two recent projects for Chelmsford College and a particularly large project for Gorringe Park Primary School. In cases such as this we need to be extra mindful of health and safety as well as working within time restrictions so as to cause minimal disturbance and bring the project in on time and in budget.
