The Flow-Captor is a fantastic gadget based
on the calorimetric principle for liquid and pasty media. This compact sensor achieves
highly accurate results and is available as an insertion or in-line type. Both
of these models feature a binary output as switches and adjustable set-point as
well as an analogue output as meters with adjustable measuring range.
Temperature measuring features are also available. We first engineered the
Flow-Captor more than 20 years ago and have witnessed its success in various
industries ever since. Please visit our website for further information or
contact us at Weber Sensors Ltd for further information.

The Vent-Captor is an air flow sensor based
on the calorimetric principle for air or gaseous media. This principle achieves
the highest accuracy of any vent-captor especially at low flow rates. This
compact and self-contained sensor is available as an insertion or in-line type
and is available with a binary output as switches and adjustable set point as
well as an analogue output with adjustable measuring range.
* Insertion Type Air Flow: sensors connected
to existing pipes can have switching outputs or analogue outputs.
* Inline Type Air Flow: sensors suitable for
monitoring small flow quantities can have switching outputs and analogue
outputs.

Foto-Captors are hot metal detector systems
designs for use in the steel industry. These self-contained tough models track
the metal from the slab reheat furnace to the exit coil conveyor via infrared
energy within the viewing field. The
Foto-Captor features sealed construction in a robust stainless steel housing
and two wire AC power with short circuit protection. It is available with
remote lens systems, water cooled jackets and air purges. Please visit our website to download the
Foto-Captor system brochure and Foto-Captor datasheet.

Our Digital Display CUB 4CL20 converts the
analogue output signal of flow and vent-captor units into a digital value. This
model features a three and a half digit, 15mm red-lit LCD screen, display
scaleable up to 1999, decimal point adjustable and indication of range
overstepping. The zero point and range are gauged by rough and fine matching
potentiometers. These potentiometers are used to display the desired value
depending on the input signal. Scaling can be set at the factory to suit
customer specifications. Please contact us with your requirements.

Our Digital Display PAX P Process Input
Meter is designed to convert the analogue output signal of flow and vent captor
units into a digital value. It features a five digit display that can be set to
actual value or totalised value. The PAX P Process Input Meter features a
display setting in MIN/MAX/ TOT and IST, 20 measurements per second, 16-step
linearisation and is programmable by push buttons at the unit or via PC. It
also features a totaliser which can be used to compute a time – input product
and to provide a readout of totalised flow.
