Key Floors has been increasing its market share of contract flooring in the south of the UK since 1982. Still a family company it has expanded to fulfil its present role as one of the main suppliers of contract flooring in Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. The company supplies and installs commercial flooring to a variety of markets, mainly in the education, retail, industrial, construction and care home sectors. We are a CHAS accredited company and are on the Constructionline and Altius lists as an approved contractor. We are a member of the CFA and NSCC. All staff hold CSCS cards at the appropriate level and all have been recently CRB checked.
We supply heavy duty commercial flooring across the range, the majority of products being from market leaders in the flooring field. We will supply and fit vinyl tiles, sheet vinyl, safety flooring, ESD/antistatic flooring, carpet and fibre bonded carpet, linoleum, rubber and sports flooring, stair nosings and wooden floors. We believe good subfloor preparation is key to successful flooring. Turnover of staff is very low and our fitters have been with the company for several years and most hold NVQ2 in flooring covering.
Our client list includes Hampshire County Council, Surrey County Council, Rushmoor Borough Council, Mitie, Kier, De La Rue, B&Q (store revamps and maintenance contract), Windsor Leisure Centre, to name but a few.
