Condition Report Service

CEBES Condition Reporting Service provides customers with an insight into the general condition of their environmental systems and associated controls. This includes a report on each of the following:

• Ventilation – Including supply and extract fans and associated ducting.
• Air Conditioning – Including split systems, package units and water chilled systems.
• Heating – Including gas-fired, oil-fired and heat pump systems.
• Water – Close circuit and boosted stored.
• Electrical – Including distribution boards and lighting.

Planned Maintenance Services

Our planned maintenance services are completed regularly to ensure that your equipment is working at peak efficiency and to catch any faults before they become a larger problem by assessing and replacing failing components.
