Success is dependent not simply on skill but on motivation: having such strong self-belief that you are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your goal. Equally important is self-awareness or self-perception: the humility to accept your imperfections, a willingness to change and acknowledging that you can’t do it alone.
Good leadership is a combination of instinct and learned skills. Just as you may be naturally inclined to play the piano, paint or have a photographic memory. Some people may have a natural ability to communicate and inspire others.
