At Davis Landscape Architecture our primary aim is to provide our clients with robust design solutions that exceeds their expectations whilst addressing the needs of a commercial market place. We are a landscape architectural practice with a strong design emphasis and pride ourselves on finding an interesting bespoke design solution for each individual situation that is sensitive to the local context.
We strongly believe the quality of our public and shared spaces have a real impact on the overall quality of our lives and ultimately an impact on society itself.
We aim to design in a sustainable manner in a way that protects and enhances habitat for wild life and minimises the impact of development on our natural resources. We often work with other consultants, including arboricultural consultants and ecological consultants, to achieve a wild life friendly outcome. We aim to only specify materials from sustainable resources including wood from managed sources and materials which have a recycled component. The management of surface water run off is a key component of may of our designs, usually adopting the principals of sustainable urban drainage.
Our services include landscape architecture and design, urban design and master planning. We provide information for detailed and outline planning submissions, to satisfy planning conditions and reserved matters, tender information and construction information. We also monitor the on site works once the project is on site and we provide management and maintenance plans. We have experience in a variety of sectors including residential developments, business developments and parks, mixed-use schemes, office developments and parks, schools and student accommodation developments.
