ACI Limited was formed in 2004 following the transfer of equipment and personnel, from a well established gas-turbine repair company. Located in Aberdeen, we provide high quality thermal coating solutions to the Oil & Gas, Turbine, Automotive, Marine, Aerospace and Manufacturing industries.
We offer a comprehensive range of over 200 thermal sprays to preserve and enhance repairable or newly manufactured components. Our treatments increase life, reduce down time and cut replacement costs for your organisation.
Our modern workshop has three fully automated spray booths, equipped with the following: High Velocity Oxy Fuel (HVOF); Plasma; Wire Arc; Flame Spray; ACI Ltd also operates two Innerarmor® machines capable of applying diamond hard coatings to internal surfaces.
