- Duraseal - Duraseal is a surface coating material which serves two main functions. First, its composition provides an extremely durable coating which will prolong the useful life of the surface to which it is applied and second, its appearance greatly enhances the aesthetic appearance of the treated area.
As with several other ASI products this mineral filled coating material is fortified with Gilsonite enhancing both durability and the surface's ability to prevent water ingress and oxidisation.
Duraseal is particularly suitable for older surfaces which are in need of restoration due to ravelling, loss of fines and weathering. It also will provide a treatment for minor cracking again improving the ability of the surface to withstand ageing.
Any asphalt or macadam surface which is on a sound base can be treated and Duraseal is particularly successful on Car Parks, Footways, Platforms, Airport taxiways and aprons, and many other pedestrian surfaces.
- RAPbond - It is recognised that throughout the World there are ever growing piles of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) which currently are being incorporated into construction work but mainly in base structures.
ASI identifies that these RAP piles include good quality graded aggregates and the basic "bitumen binder" components that could be re-used in a much more significant way. An understanding of the chemistry of the binder enables ASI to not only regenerate the qualities required but also to fortify this revitalised binder to create a product with the qualities of materials when first manufactured.

- Rhinopatch - Rhinopatch is a proprietary infrared pothole repair process suitable for modern asphalt, macadam and surface dressing. It is a permanent and sustainable asphalt repair process that can be used for all types of surface repairs up to 100mm depth including joint failures, trench reinstatements, pavement defects, around ironwork and potholes.
- Rhinophalt - Likened to a wood preservative for asphalt, Rhinophalt is a revolutionary process that significantly extends the life of asphalt and macadam. Rhinophalt protects the surface from weathering, oxidisation and traffic use and, following application, effectively halts the deterioration of the bituminous surface. With repeat applications every five to seven years, Rhinophalt is a completely sustainable and extremely cost-effective process.
