Welcome to Oates Computer Training Following a successful career in industry and education, Julie Oates recognised the business opportunities to be found in the private and public training sectors. As a result, OCT was established in 1995 to service these opportunities and has continued to expand its activities into consultancy and contract training. OCT uses fully qualified and experienced trainers. All training is carried out on clients' premises which enables OCT to work closely with its delegates in their own working environment. This enables training to be tailored to the individual personal needs of each delegate. Delegates are provided with courseware and manuals during and following training. OCT's fees are invoiced at a daily rate regardless of the number of delegates, unlike many other training organisations where a charge is made per delegate.
