We are specialist plastic fabricators, providing innovative products and bespoke manufacturing with our 2440 x 1200 CNC router, which enables us to make single one-off cuttings as easily as large repeat runs. We offer the low-maintenance Bykebin modular bicycle parking system, which provides secure cycle parking in areas such as shopping centres, employee parking lots, schools or even your own back garden. Each Bykebin features a padlock and key with securing padlock bracket, ground fixing bolts, drainage holes in the built-in floor and internal hooks for personal effects. Our other products include water tanks, drinking water bowls, troughs, waste holding tanks, canal boat tanks, footbaths for animals, pedestrians and vehicles, cigarette and litter disposal, recycling bins, poultry nesting boxes, equine equipment, shower trays, plastic fittings and drainage pipes.

We manufacture bespoke water tanks in a wide range of shapes from virgin grade polypropylene. Depending on the tank sizes, walls are 6mm or 9mm.
We utilise both hot air and extrusion weldings on our water tanks, which include BSP threaded fittings ranging from 0.5 inch BSP to 1.5 inch BSP or larger if required. Fittings can be welded in any position and include hose tails.
All tanks feature baffling, and lids are fixed to the baffle on the inside by our unique system. Tank sections are cut to a tolerance of 0.04mm with our CNC machine, so you can be assured your tank will fit its planned space.
Available options include an inspection hatch, sight level gauge or electronic level gauge.

Our perforated land drain comprises a single-wall corrugated pipe and a joiner coupler. It is available in 50 metre and 150 metre lengths of 60mm diameter pipe, and in 25 metre, 50 metre and 100 metre lengths of 80mm and 100mm diameter pipe.
