United Industrial Converters (UNICONS) specialises in the manufacture and supply of foam and rubber components, particularly those for use in the automotive, building, construction and packaging markets where noise-reduction, cushioning and sealing are all important factors. 

Using a range of high performance rubbers and foams, we’re able to produce sheets, strips, pads, gaskets, washers, rolls and many other types of industrial components. Stratocell, Non-cross linked expanded polyethylene foam

Stratocell foams are widely used for cushion packaging, display packaging, box inserts and other similar products. UNICON can produce stratocell sheets in thicknesses from 3mm-100mm, in a standard size of 2 x 1.2m (though custom sizes are available upon request).Standard colours include black, white and pink, but we can also manufacture special anti-static colourways if required (subject to minimum batch quantities). Expanded EPDM Sponge

Expanded EPDM sponge is used primarily in situations where good weathering properties are required, such as in automotive applications or exterior lighting. It is available in various grades and densities, the choice of which depends on your particular application. Expanded Neoprene Sponge

Polyethylene Foams

Polyethylene foams are available in a diverse range of grades, densities and colours, and are used in all sorts of applications across many different industries.
