We have in-house manufacturing facilities that allow us to produce non-standard fasteners and forgings in a wide range of finishes and materials such as mild, high tensile and stainless steels as well as brass and phosphor bronze.
We keep raw materials in stock so lead times are kept to a minimum. We can manufacture pieces with diameters ranging from 2 mm through 12 mm, and lengths of up to 100 mm. Our products are sold complete including additional treatments and/or coatings such as heat treatment, plating, patching and case hardening.
We can provide full quality documentation for our products, including:
- Certificate of conformity
- Dimensional inspection report (ISIR)
- Material Certificate, Heat Treatment and Plating Certificates
