Additional Information

Brand & Trade Names

  • E-Case The E-Case range is a range of extruded aluminium electronic enclosures. It is light weight, low cost and comes with a silver anodized finish. The enclosure end plates are fixed via self tapping screws into screw ports. This range can now be made splash proof using optional gaskets and can be mounted onto a surface using optional Linc-Lugs fitted into dovetail grooves on the side. It comes in 4 standard profiles, each in 3 standard lengths, and black or silver anodized.
  • RackBrack 19" Rack brackets
  • Rapid Prototyping Service Prototyping is the service which gets your electronic solution into its first physical form as rapidly as possible. Time to market is always crucial with electronic products. We aim to get you a prototype within a week, and sometimes we can do it in 48 hours. We have a number of solutions here that we can apply. If our E-Case range is suitable then we would recommend it on cost grounds. If you are designing your own circuit boards, then it makes sense to design them to fit our enclosures. In many cases, however, the boards already exist, and the new product is just an assembly of several boards with some custom software. In this case we can use a carrier plate and make a custom UnioBox to fit. Even so, the carrier plates and UnioBoxes are also offered in standard sizes, and prototyping will be quicker and easier if one of these is chosen. When a product is about to be launched, it is essential that the sales push happens as soon as possible. In the old days the prototypes had to be built and photographed so that sales literature could be produced. Now we can produce sales literature before the product exists, because we can make photorealistic renderings of solid models. We can do this for any product that uses our enclosure systems using our Solidworks CAD system. Often the results are better than a photograph and the costs are less.
  • UnioBox The UnioBox and U-Case are our newest range of extruded aluminium electronic enclosures. They are made of extruded side pieces with top and bottom made of sheet aluminium. These enclosures come in standard sizes, but it is fairly simple to punch the sheet aluminium to non-standard widths and lengths and make the front panels to match. Also, we can make connector holes at the same time. They are also available in colour anodized finishes.
