We provide complete photographic asset-based dilapidation
surveys as part of our maintenance contracts. These are created to display

We are able to service various types of plumbing and
sanitary equipment and systems including boilers and water heaters (we service
boilers and issue gas safety certification as well as to offer advice on
reducing heating costs throughout the year), cold water systems (water tanks
need to be inspected to ensure temperature is below 22 degrees, insect screens
are intact, insulation is secure, ball valves are operating correctly, and to
check that there are is no stagnation within the tank), booster pump sets (we
check that they are operating correctly), and plumbing and sanitary ware (this
can include tap-sets, toilets and overflows, urinals, drainage systems,
electric water heaters, and showers).
