Chutes & Shields markets and distributes a patented range of products for reducing production losses to Plastic Injection Moulding companies. Mould shields open and close with the mould and prevent parts from spilling out of the machine onto the floor. Mould chutes and skirts direct parts from the mould into containers or onto conveyors. Drum and Gaylord covers keep raw materials dry and free from contamination. Tiebar covers prevent damage to parts that strike the machine's tiebars. A wide range of standard models is available on short lead time and special bespoke models can be made to measure as required.
