Product Range:

    Knife Gate Valves - Valves with totally unrestricted bore, for handling and controlling fluids with suspended solids, duty liquids through to heavy slurries and sludge's, often abrasive and corrosive.

    New addition to our product range - a general purpose, volume manufactured, Knife gate valve, features bi-directional sealing and non-rising spindle (HWO).   
VALVE BODY:  Manufactured from Ductile iron 
BLADE:  Manufactured from stainless steel 304
SPINDLE:  'Non-Rising spindle' design manufactured from stainless steel 
PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS: 'ISO' type with stainless steel piston rods, sized to suit 5 bar operating air pressure 
  • Plastic - ideal for larger size valves on low pressure water and sewage duties, where stainless steel is the traditional specification. Lightweight and outstanding corrosion resistance. Approved for use with potable water and for underwater submersion.

  • Cylinder Actuation Systems - vary from a simple double acting cylinder to extensive specialisation incorporating limit switches, solenoid or positioner controls to suit any environmental or hazardous conditions.

    Rotary Joints - For transmitting fluids into rotating dryers (drums) & extracting condensate for re-use, usually steam into either hot water or other heat transfer fluids.

  • KB200 - Balanced Pressure Rotary Joint Range featuring convex, self lubricating seal rings
  • Type K - Self adjusting Rotary Joint Range featuring concave self lubricating seal rings.
  • KS65 with Screwed Flange Connections - Self supporting Rotary Joint Range eliminating support mechanism, advantageous on open geared machines.
