We offer our customers the choice of no-clean or water soluble cleaning processes for all our Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies. We possess the following facilities; Invicta and Soltec Delta Wave Solder Machines (Lead and Lead Free compatible), Automation in-line water wash systems, No Clean and Water Soluble processing; Kerry 4 stage batch ultrasonic 1373 coating material or Spray under Imersion cleaning system, Concoat spray conformal coating. We continually invest in innovative automatic testing equipment, meaning our products are all thoroughly tested for quality and performance. Our equipment includes the Flying Probe, a Takaya 9401 Tester which offers 30 test steps per second (AOI available), the ICT - Teradyne Z1880/Z1800 for off line programming (functional test available), and the J-Tag - JT 3707, a diagnostic software for fault finding which is fully compliant with JTAG standard IEEE 1149.1

Here at Dynamic EMS we have developed and
implemented a working programme to comply with European legislation regarding
the change to Lead Free production. As part of our programme we have carried
out extensive trials and research alongside an investment into capital
equipment to develop a robust manufacturing process. We have followed steps in
order to drive the change to lead free and are RoHS (Removal of Hazardous
Substances) compliant. We carried out our first shipments of RoHS compliant PCB
assemblies to customers in June, 2006 and have continued with this operative
ever since.
