As well as offering a comprehensive range of brand new bandsaw machines, Saws UK Ltd makes available used machines that are fully tested for quality. In addition to the broad range of standard saws and other related products, we have application-specific bespoke saws that are manufactured to the highest standards. We have built a whole range of machines designed to cut conventional car tyres right and large OTR tyres, as well as machines for cutting the tips of impellors which need to be reduced in size. We have also developed a unique bandsaw machine that has been specifically designed to cut damaged anode rods in automatic cycles. A moving frame enables the machine to be placed into an automatic line where worn anode roads are processed. We were also approached by an Oil Tool Engineering company to come with the solution for a production bottle neck within their process. Their component needed to be machined to tight tolerances, marked out by hand, and then sub-contracted for cutting on a vertical bandsaw. It took 5 hours alone to complete the marking out process. We developed a specialised heavy-duty saw with a custom-built rotary table which rid the company of its costly processing bottleneck.

To complement an already great service, Saws UK stocks a comprehensive range of top quality Alligator Bandsaw blades manufactured from carbon material or bi-metal. All of our bandsaw blades are welded in-house by our trained welders, and because they are available for next day delivery, you won't be waiting around to get your processes back up and running again. The most common type are carbon bandsaw blades which are ideal for cutting aluminium, wood and plastics. We also have M42 bi-metal blades which are typically used for metal cutting applications and are compatible with our range of Forestor sawmills, as well as the smaller Pezzolato models. They are available in three different sizes and are designed for significant productivity improvements. These models feature an adjustable front support, a grooved rubber contact wheel for maximum material removal, a rear engine and inclinable head for comfortable working, and a long life working table which is reversible. E-Saws has recently been launched as an online medium for purchasing all of our great metal cutting machines. We have also set up a UK video channel via youtube where you can see our great products in action. Saws UK Ltd were selected by an Oil Tool Engineering company to come with the solution for a production bottle neck within their process. The Cameron Group took their problem to a number of Sawmill suppliers, and only Saws UK Ltd came up with the answers. Their components needed to be machined to tight tolerances, marked out by hand, and then sub-contracted for cutting on a vertical bandsaw. To complete the marking out process alone took 5 hours.
