REME Industrial Flooring Ltd specialises in the installation of hard-wearing synthetic resin flooring systems for commercial and industrial environments. From light-duty coatings to heavy-duty screeds, we offer a great range of high quality epoxy resin and polyurethane surfaces. All of our coatings and screeds have been developed by leading material manufacturers who provide their own guarantees of performance, giving you complete peace of mind.
Epoxy resin and polyurethane flooring systems are reliable, long-lasting and require considerably less maintenance than conventional surfaces. They can also have a range of finishes to meet the specific requirements of your workplace: for example, a non-slip finish for wet environments or a hygienic finish for food production areas. Environments in which our flooring systems are typically used include:

The team at RENE have a wealth of experience in both the installation and manufacture of epoxy resin and polyurethane flooring. Our aim is to provide an honest, professional service for end-users and main contractors alike.
At RENE, we use a wide range of resins from many different manufacturers, all of whom are recognised throughout the industry for the quality of their materials (which as a matter of course must comply with BS 5750). Before applying any flooring system, we ensure that the existing floor is correctly prepared – this is essential in ensuring a secure bond between the substrate and the screed or coating. Floor preparation techniques can include Shot-Blasting, Diamond Grinding, Scabbling and the use of Hot Compressed Air Systems.
Our service includes a free site survey, health and safety risk assessments, method statements and the provision of data sheets for the specified material.
The food and drink industry is one of the most demanding sectors that we serve, requiring all sorts of surface finishes to comply with industry regulations and government legislation. Food industry floors must be hardwearing, impact-resistant, anti-slip, chemical-resistant and most importantly, hygienic. This means the floor must have a finish that does not easily harbour bacteria, and which is able to withstand regular steam cleaning, pressure washing, chemical clean downs and extremes of temperature. RENE has installed hygienic flooring systems in food processing plants, breweries, abattoirs, commercial kitchens and many other similar environments.
Flooring systems can be coloured to distinguish different parts of the warehouse or storage facility. Letters and numbers can also be applied to mark out fire exits and other important areas.
