Products

REME Industrial Flooring Ltd specialises in the installation of hard-wearing synthetic resin flooring systems for commercial and industrial environments. From light-duty coatings to heavy-duty screeds, we offer a great range of high quality epoxy resin and polyurethane surfaces. All of our coatings and screeds have been developed by leading material manufacturers who provide their own guarantees of performance, giving you complete peace of mind.

Epoxy resin and polyurethane flooring systems are reliable, long-lasting and require considerably less maintenance than conventional surfaces. They can also have a range of finishes to meet the specific requirements of your workplace: for example, a non-slip finish for wet environments or a hygienic finish for food production areas. Environments in which our flooring systems are typically used include:

  • Warehouses
  • Food and beverage production facilities
  • Engineering facilities
  • Aircraft hangers and manufacturing
  • Retail and leisure facilities
  • Electronics manufacturing facilities
  • Automotive workshops
  • Offshore and marine installations
  • General manufacturing
  • Printing and packaging facilities

With offices in both England and Wales, REME can offer a nationwide service. You can find out more about our flooring systems and the services we provide in the sections below. If you would like any further information, please contact us directly on 01405 869975 (England) or 01745 856572 (Wales).

Our Services

The team at RENE have a wealth of experience in both the installation and manufacture of epoxy resin and polyurethane flooring. Our aim is to provide an honest, professional service for end-users and main contractors alike.

At RENE, we use a wide range of resins from many different manufacturers, all of whom are recognised throughout the industry for the quality of their materials (which as a matter of course must comply with BS 5750). Before applying any flooring system, we ensure that the existing floor is correctly prepared – this is essential in ensuring a secure bond between the substrate and the screed or coating. Floor preparation techniques can include Shot-Blasting, Diamond Grinding, Scabbling and the use of Hot Compressed Air Systems.

Our service includes a free site survey, health and safety risk assessments, method statements and the provision of data sheets for the specified material.

Food and Beverage Industry Flooring

The food and drink industry is one of the most demanding sectors that we serve, requiring all sorts of surface finishes to comply with industry regulations and government legislation. Food industry floors must be hardwearing, impact-resistant, anti-slip, chemical-resistant and most importantly, hygienic. This means the floor must have a finish that does not easily harbour bacteria, and which is able to withstand regular steam cleaning, pressure washing, chemical clean downs and extremes of temperature. RENE has installed hygienic flooring systems in food processing plants, breweries, abattoirs, commercial kitchens and many other similar environments.

Warehouse and General Industry Flooring

Hardwearing, long-lasting and easy to clean, epoxy resin and polyurethane flooring systems are ideal for warehouses, production areas, storage areas and other such commercial and industrial environments. From light-duty to heavy-duty, REME can install a resin floor to meet any workplace requirement.

Flooring systems can be coloured to distinguish different parts of the warehouse or storage facility. Letters and numbers can also be applied to mark out fire exits and other important areas.

Commercial, Leisure and Retail Flooring

Epoxy resin and polyurethane flooring systems are also ideal for a range of commercial, leisure and retail environments, including retail outlets, car showrooms, theme parks, schools, hospitals, bars/nightclubs, museums and anywhere else requiring a hardwearing, attractive surface finish. We’re able to offer a variety of decorative systems, from traditional stone carpet systems to our new Floorgraphix system, which allows us to combine all sorts of creative designs with logos, patterns, computer-generated images and even photographs into a clear epoxy resin binder. Floors can also be made to mimic traditional coverings such as tiles, vinyl or timber.

Aerospace/Aviation Flooring

The aerospace industry requires the most resilient of resin flooring systems. The likelihood of fuel spillages means that surfaces need to be highly resistant to chemicals and also have a non-slip finish to prevent accidents. We have installed epoxy resin and polyurethane floors in aircraft hangers, plant rooms, laboratories, component manufacturing facilities and in many other aerospace environments. If you would like to find out more, please visit REME Industrial Flooring online.

Engineering, Manufacturing and Railway Industry Flooring

Flooring installed in engineering environments needs to be able to perform whilst being subjected to constant forklift traffic, heavy machinery movement, lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids and chemical attack. Epoxy resin and polyurethane systems can cope with all of these conditions. Over the years, we have successfully installed resin systems in machine shops, workshops, traincare and railway environments, plant rooms, laboratories, manufacturing facilities and many other environments requiring a hardwearing, long-lasting surface. For project examples, please head over to our website.

Pharmaceutical, Medical and Healthcare Flooring

Epoxy resin and polyurethane flooring systems are also ideal for pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical environments, primarily because they are resistant to chemicals and easy to clean (thus preventing the spread of bacteria). RENE has installed flooring systems in laboratories, clean rooms, hospitals, surgeries, treatment rooms and many other environments requiring a seamless, hardwearing and attractive floor finish that does not easily harbour bacteria. To find out more, please visit REME Industrial Flooring online or contact our customer service team on 01405 869975 (England) or 01745 856572 (Wales).

Electronics Industry Flooring

Anti-static properties make epoxy resin and polyurethane flooring systems ideal for electro-manufacturing and process industry environments – this includes laboratories, clean rooms, workshops, repair centres and any other research or manufacturing environment requiring a hardwearing and attractive finish that also reduces the risk of electrostatic charge build-up. Anti-static flooring is available in conductive and dissipative versions. Find out more by visiting REME Industrial Flooring online.
