We re-engineer , re-design and manufacture parts in plastic or steel for external companies. This predominantly is replacing broken or worn out parts that are not available off the shelf or obsolete - this is a custom design and manufacture activity We design, proto-type and manufacture one-off or low volume components in plastic or metal depending on the customer requirements. We weld steel, aluminium and plastic for sub-assemblies in production and small or large batch quantities. We have a fully equipped toolroom together with plastic injection moulding machines and plastic extrusion equipment for rigid or flexible tubing. We have welding and bending equipment for working on sheet steel, steel fabrication or repair work. We can do proto-typing, repair and maintenance work, low or high volume products - working in plastic, sheet steel or metal.
