Strong relationships with sister company Modern Moulds & Tools Ltd and exclusive partner Modern Moulds & Tools Ltd China means we are able to provide a complete tooling solution as part of our project management service. Their extensive experience and application expertise enables them to produce a comprehensive range of bespoke moulding tools to fit any design - from the simplest to the most complex.
At our injection moulding facility in Sussex we have machines from 22t right up to 485t. These allow us to produce components weighing up to 2kg. As qualified plastics experts we produce all mouldings in-house.
Components can be made from a broad range of polymers. We have a special interest and experience in the use of technical materials, ranging from very soft elastomers through to the full spectrum of conventional polymers in all their forms.
We can also carry out product assembly using plastic only or a combination of materials.
