CNC Turning Centres

We operate a series of advanced CNC turning centres which give unrivalled levels of accuracy and repeatability. They include:

• 1 x Nakamura Super NTJ – with a 65 mm spindle bore.
• 1 x Gildemeister Twin 32 – with a 36 mm spindle bore.
• 2 x Boley Turning Centres – with 42 mm spindle bores.
• 1 x Citizen M32 Sliding Head – with a 32 mm spindle bore.
• 1 x Citizen K16 Sliding Head – with a 16 mm spindle bore.

• 1 x Eagle 850 Vertical Machining Centre – 850 x 510 mm.
• 2 x XYZ PRO 2000 CNC Turret Mills – 760 x 400 mm.

Manual Milling

We currently have one manual milling machine that allows us to undertake a range of tasks for which use of computer controlled equipment would be unnecessary. This is a Bridgeport 2BRJ, a turret mill produced by one of the world’s leading machine tool manufacturers. This is a high speed machine offering up to 240 on board tools and 32 pallets as standard and was developed and designed for reliable unmanned production.
