The rolux hand-held Stroboscope is a device used to measure proximity rotational speed of plants and machinery as well as for observing moving parts in operation. This model features xenon technology to product extremely bright flashes. By adjusting the flash sequence the user can view the object which will appear stationary to the human eye. The user can then read measurements from the LCD on the rolux screen. This device can be used to take measurements of applications in wide range of industries. Examples of applications include observations of fan-blade deformation, the position of a toothed belt under load, or separation of substances in a centrifuge. For detailed specifications of the hand held Stroboscope, please visit our website or contact us at Foundrometers for further information.

We supply a range of speed relays suitable for various industry applications. One of our recent modules is the ROTAS speed relay. This fully programmable speed controller features excellent linearity, high temperature stability, and high long-term stability. The ROTAS model accepts a range of input signals and various features that can be controlled by the user such as relay outputs, analogue outputs, and start-up time delay. The F/I (U) converter transforms frequency signals into standardised output signals from 0 - 20mA, 4 - 20mA or 0 - 10VDC.

Our Rotaro T digital hand tachometer with special adaptor has been designed for the effective and accurate measurement of rotational speed, velocity and length. This device can be operated in two ways; it can be optical (non-contacting), and mechanical (using an adaptor and probes). The optical method uses light beams to reflect the speed of rotation and the mechanical method uses probes that are attached to the application to measure the velocity or length. The addition of the special adaptor enables the user to measure lengths and velocities of yarn, wire, glass and other fibre.
