The N Gauge Service Cradle is an essential
piece of equipment that allows the user to clean, repair and inspect N Gauge
items. It is designed and manufactured to be tough and robust for years of use.
Manufactured from high-density foam and hardwood the N Gauge Service Cradle
features three soft protective foam channel liners to allow adjustments to be
made to the depth of the cradle to suit different models. It is also structured
on a hardwood base with rubber feet to provide a non-slip platform.

The stylish cherry case are finished to extremely high standards for a
professional look and feature lift-out top trays consisting of four compartment

The OO Gauge Service Cradle is an excellent
piece of kit that holds the model securely in place providing easy access to
the underside of locos and carriages. The cradle is manufactured from solid
hardwood and finished in a chemical and water resistant clear lacquer. It
features four adjustable velcro straps to support the models which can be
raised or lowered to the most effective working height. The cradle is 265mm
long, the width between the uprights is 40mm and it has an internal depth of
40mm. The OO Gauge Service Cradle is mounted on non-slip rubber feed for
stability.

The OO and HO Model Rail Store and Stack
Cases have been designed to provide the user with long term storage and
protection of OO and HO Gauge model rail collections. We supply a large store
and stack case and a small store and stack case to suit different collection
sizes. Both types feature detachable lids, lift-out trays and a soft foam lid
insert to hold the trays in place. Each tray has five channels to store the
models and foam blocks which can be cut to size and pushed in the channels to
protect the models. Both cases are stackable with each other.

The O Gauge Model Rail Case is available in
two versions. One version is manufactured from solid hardwood and the other is
made from Birch Plywood. Both versions are designed to support O Gauge models
effectively. They feature upright elements that are foam lined to protect side
detailing of the model, hinged front upright/flap for easy access and location
of the model, adjustable velcro straps to secure the flap in place, and non-slip
rubber mounts to aid stability. The cases are manufactured to extremely high
standards and are finished in a chemical and water resistant clear lacquer.

Here at Parkwood we use a range of state of
the art equipment to product extremely high quality products. Our highly skilled
team has more than 20 years experience in CNC routing and more than 10 years
experience in AlphaCam and Cad/Cam designing, drawing and programming. Our
equipment includes a SAOM T Class T30 twin head machine, a Weing Profimat 22N 4
side moulder, and a Sandingmaster Twin Belt Sander. The SAOM T Class T30 is the
latest addition to the workshop and can router various materials such as
acrylic, medium density fibreboard, hardwoods, softwoods, plywoods,
polyethylene foam, and various composite materials.
