Coolants

Biostable CoolantsS500CF - Biostable high oil coolant emulsion
S500CF is a chlorine and sulphur free coolant suitable for all machining operations in all materials including aerospace alloys. 

MacCool MP multipurpose coolant -- MacCool MP is a modern, multipurpose long life coolant concentrate with a wide metallurgical compatibility. Low foaming and suitable for both manual and CNC machines. 

MacCool 20 semi-synthetic coolant -- MacCool 20 is a modern, ultra stable micro emulsion coolant. Low foaming and suitable for both manual and CNC machines.

Coolant Treatment Systems 

Constant coolant circulation - difficult for micro organisms to survive. Fully automatic, the main filtration system requires no operator intervention and no replaceable cartridges. 

Other Coolants

All-Cool 5000 -- A high performance coolant specifically designed for soft water areas and modern machining centres with through tool, high pressure coolant delivery systems.

Crystal Cut 777 and S787-- A new range of water miscible coolants from Hangsterfer's is based on new, non traditional technology that raises the standard for machining performance.

Cutting Oils

Easytap-- Dramatically reduces tapping torque, High viscosity, apply by brush 1.25 litre tub & 19 litre pail

MacOil 15 -- This is a 15 viscosity, sulphur free mineral oil based neat cutting oil designed for use in auto lathes and suchlike. 

5258 Light -- 5258L is a 30 viscosity, mineral oil based neat cutting oil designed for use in auto lathes and suchlike.

Missile lube 1XL-- Sulphur & chlorine free, non corrosive, developed for sensitive aerospace/nuclear parts. 

Synthetic Fluids

All-Cool 66 is a full synthetic fluid specially designed for creep feed grinding and other high pressure coolant delivery systems including VIPER grinding.


All-Cool 33 is a general purpose full synthetic grinding fluid. It is designed to work with a variety of materials in a wide range of water hardness.


Crystal Cut 322 is a full synthetic grinding fluid so called because its extensive use in the manufacture of optical lenses.
