TeslaTest has a comprehensive range of small capacity Bench Top temperature chambers and humidity test chambers, with performance ranges of -40°C to +180°C / -70°C to +180°C / -10°C to +100°C, with 10% to 90% RH humidity. These robust, highly reliable units offer the perfect solution for testing small components, electronic components and assemblies. Bench Top Chambers come complete with a microprocessor controlled, fully programmable PID control system. This can be used either as a single set point controller for long-term stability tests, or as a programmable controller for cyclic testing.

We have a range of salt spray/corrosion testing chambers, all of which meet the requirements of standard specifications for marine, automotive, aerospace, materials, and paint/coating tests, such as DIN, ASTM and IEC. Manufactured from non-corrosive materials, our salt spray test chambers are designed to last the test of time. An acrylic top panel allows for visual inspection of the test compartment. Our wide range of stability test chambers are ideal for testing all types of components, materials and systems. They are also suitable for storing laboratory test samples, and because they meet the ICH Q1A guidelines, our stability chambers can also be used for testing material samples. Each model has a temperature performance range of either of -0°C to +85°C, or -10°C to +100°C, and a range of sizes are available. Like many of our chambers, these units come complete with a microprocessor controlled PID control system that is fully programmable for cyclic type testing. This control system features a user-friendly graphical display for quick and easy programming.

TeslaTest supplies a specially selected range of Thermal Platforms manufactured by Environmental Stress Systems Inc. These are suitable for testing all types of semi-conductor, micro-circuits and microwave components. Two basic versions are available, Cryogenic cooling or Mechanical refrigerated cooling. All units have an integrated programmable temperature controller which allows for manual setpoint operation or flexible temperature programming. TeslaTest makes available a wide range of humidity test chambers and climatic chambers suitable for testing all types of components, materials and systems. Humidity test chambers are also ideal for storing laboratory test samples and for testing material samples. Standard sizes available include 155 litre, 240 litre and 720 litre units, though we can build bespoke chambers to meet the size or performance you require. All chambers are fitted with a PID control system, which may be used for setting a single continuous condition, or for programming cyclic tests. An easy to read graphical display makes programming extremely simple.

We supply a comprehensive range of laboratory ovens, drying ovens and curing ovens for testing, storing, drying or curing materials and components, electronic components and assemblies. We have a wide choice of sizes to choose from, with capacities ranging from 23 litres to 720 litres. Temperature performance ranges between + 5ºC above ambient to +300ºC. A PID control system with several levels of programmable functions (depending on the model chosen) allows the user greater flexibility in the testing process. TeslaTest supplies an extensive range of thermal shock test chambers, all of which meet the specification required by MIL standard. Three standard sizes are available for you to choose from, and each unit can be supplied with either single stage (-40°C) or cascade (-70°C) refrigeration systems. The UUT mounting basket is moved between the hot and cold compartments which lie on top of one another by a pneumatic cylinder operated from your factory compressed air line.
