Here at S P Filling Systems, we also specialise in building filling machinery that is suitable for handling flammable and aggressive materials, including acids, caustic solutions and flammable solvents.
All of the machines that we design have an excellent record for reliability and durability. However, to ensure that your product is operating to its maximum potential and to reduce the threat of downtime, we offer an after-sales and maintenance service that is tailored to your needs. We cover the whole of the United Kingdom from our base in Mid Wales.
Below are a list of just some of the filling machines and specifications that have already been supplied to various industrial applications. Yet this is just a small sample of our products. Our expertise lies in the design of brand new machines.

S P Filling Systems Ltd offers a range of palletised container filling machines which are available with mass flow meters, magnetic effect flow meters, or double acting volumetric piston pumps. These filling machines are designed to enable the filling of containers such as drums or carbaloys which are placed on a pallet. Manually handling heavy, liquid-filled containers is a thing of the past. Filling machines for palletised containers also means that the operator does not need to be in close proximity to potentially dangerous products. These filling machines can handle corrosive, flammable and explosive products .

Extremely flexible and simple to operate, the double acting liquid filling machines offered by S P Filling Systems are all based around two volumetric piston pump units which offer fills of 250ml to 5 litres per cycle or 3 litres to 30 litres per cycle. Atex approved units are also available, meaning these machines can deal with flammable and explosive products. Top fill and bottom fill options are available, or you may choose to have a combination of both. Single headed or double headed units are available.
