For over 20 years the family run Damar Webbing Products Ltd has been a major player in the manufacture of lifting slings and cargo ratchet straps for all types of industries, from one man self employed to large P.L.C. companies.
In the early years Damar Webbing Products Ltd exported its products to Middle and Far East countries, as well as an ever increasing UK market.
Today large UK manufacturers are moving their operations overseas, to maximise on cheap labour and manufacturing costs, with China becoming an ever increasing supplier of low cost, often low quality, products.
Our policy is still to make the products that our customers want, when they want them ( in most cases within 48 hours), by a dedicated staff based at our factory in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
