Acoustic Foam

We supply a range of light weight PU and Melamine foams that are widely used for applications such as under bonnet automotive noise insulation, railway carriage insulation, and ceiling tiles. Acoustic foam features incredible noise and sound absorption characteristics and is therefore used to create excellent solutions. We have developed a wide range of products using acoustic foam including generator cabinets, air conditioning units, automotive, buildings, rail/ truck and bus, audio speaker unites, ceiling tiles, marine and aerospace. All of our acoustic foam products meet flame retardency standards required for each market.

Filter Foam Solutions

Our filtration foams feature a polyurethane base with either polyester or polyether polyol. They can be used in their natural state or they can be enhanced via impregnation or used as carrier materials for more complex filtration applications. Our filter foams are manufactured using a process called reticulation which produces the open and breathable structure that makes reticulated foam such asflexible filtration media. Our filtration foams are used for a wide range of applications including oil and mist filters, air filters, water filters, separation filters, cooking filters, tobacco filters, odour filters, gas filters, respiratory filters, and more.

Sealing Foam Solutions

We also supply high quality sealing foams to a range of industries including automotive, aerospace, electronics, building and construction, general engineering, consumer, white goods, defence, and glazing. We have the capabilities and facilities to meet both small and large batch runs. Printing foam Solutions

We have designed and manufactured a range of foam materials specifically for the printing, cartridge and cartridge remanufacturing sectors. We use foam to create various inking pads, cartridge foams, inking rollers and to control ink flow throughout the printing process. Our foams can be cut to any dimension or turned into inking rollers to suit customer requirements. Thermal Foam

We are pleased to supply a wide range of thermal heat insulation products that feature incredible heat absorbency characteristics. These are widely used in a range of industry applications such as domestic heating systems, industrial heating and ventilation units, air conditioning units, automotive (internal compartments), and consumer cooler bags. Examples of our thermal heat insulation materials include Basotect, Polyethylene Foam, PVC Nitrile and Thinsulate. These materials can be supplied with or without high temperature self-adhesive backing to suit customer requirements. Packaging Foam

We can create various foam packaging products to suit a range of customer requirements. Foam is a flexible shock absorber making it perfect for the packaging and protection of a wide range of products. Our high quality foam materials are perfect for packaging products effectively and with a professional finish. Our facilities and capabilities enable us to create foam packaging products in extremely fast turnaround times while maintaining extremely high standards. We have many years experience designing and manufacturing foam for packaging purposes and work closely with customers to gain a firm understanding of what is required for their application/ project in order to produce high quality foam packaging solutions.

Consumer Foam Solutions

We use hydrophilic polyester and polyether foams to produce various consumer products such as household cleaning sponges, bathroom cleaning sponges, car cleaning sponges, and specialist cleaning applicator sponges. We take various features into consideration when designing and developing different foam solutions. These include absorption capacity, wipe characteristics and tear resistance. The appearance of our foam products is also extremely important and so we enhance our foams by laminating them and producing them in different colours and with different pore structures. Roller Foam Solutions

Our high quality roller foams are manufactured to suit specific requirements. We use foams that have been specifically designed for the paint roller market for the most effective results. Basotect

We are pleased to supply a range of Basotect products to the market. Basotect products feature high acoustic and fire performance with low weight characteristics making them extremely effective solutions for applications within various industries such as industrial, construction and consumer. Alongside the Basotect G and the Basotect V3012 we also now supply the Basotect UF, which features very high elasticity, and the Basotect TG, which is the first thermoset material that can be shaped under heat without the need for pre-processing. Thinsulate

We are pleased to supply Thinsulate, 3M’s non-woven acoustic and thermal insulation. This market leading product features excellent sound absorbing properties, is highly compressible, non-linting and is light in weight. It consists of 35% polyester staple fibres and 65% polypropylene fibres. These fibres are hydrophobic which means they will not absorb water and cause unwanted mildew or odours. RegiSeal Aqua

Quality and Functionality

We are regularly developing and updating our systems to meet customer and industry demands. One of our latest developments is a new packaging system designed and manufactured for an international precision component manufacturer. The aim was to create first class, professional foam inserts to protect and display various high value components. We produced the inserts in FT40P black (a high quality, dense, closed cell foam). We also laser etched part numbers for effective stock management and part identification purposes. Our team is highly skilled and experienced in creating foam product solutions of the highest quality.

Respiratory Filters

Our filtration foams are used for a wide range of applications including respiratory filters. The reticulation process is used to create the open and breathable foam required for the production of respiratory filters. Our filtration foams are polyurethane based with a polyester or polyether polyol. They are specified by their PPI count which can range from 8ppi through to a fine 110ppi.
