We supply a range
of light weight PU and Melamine foams that are widely used for applications
such as under bonnet automotive noise insulation, railway carriage insulation,
and ceiling tiles. Acoustic foam features incredible noise and sound absorption
characteristics and is therefore used to create excellent solutions. We have
developed a wide range of products using acoustic foam including generator
cabinets, air conditioning units, automotive, buildings, rail/ truck and bus,

Our filtration foams
feature a polyurethane base with either polyester or polyether polyol. They can
be used in their natural state or they can be enhanced via impregnation or used
as carrier materials for more complex filtration applications. Our filter foams
are manufactured using a process called reticulation which produces the open
and breathable structure that makes reticulated foam such asflexible filtration
media. Our filtration foams are used for a wide range of applications including
oil and mist filters, air filters, water filters, separation filters, cooking
filters, tobacco filters, odour filters, gas filters, respiratory filters, and

and manufactured a range of foam materials specifically for the printing,
cartridge and cartridge remanufacturing sectors. We use foam to create various
inking pads, cartridge foams, inking rollers and to control ink flow throughout

We are pleased to

We use
hydrophilic polyester and polyether foams to produce various consumer products

high acoustic and fire performance with low weight characteristics making them

We are pleased to
supply Thinsulate, 3M’s non-woven acoustic and thermal insulation. This market
leading product features excellent sound absorbing properties, is highly
compressible, non-linting and is light in weight. It consists of 35% polyester
staple fibres and 65% polypropylene fibres. These fibres are hydrophobic which
means they will not absorb water and cause unwanted mildew or odours. Our

We are regularly developing
and updating our systems to meet customer and industry demands. One of our
latest developments is a new packaging system designed and manufactured for an international
precision component manufacturer. The aim was to create first class,
professional foam inserts to protect and display various high value components.
We produced the inserts in FT40P black (a high quality, dense, closed cell
