Company Description
The Colbree Engineering Group are specialist metalworkers offering a wide range of fabrication services, from prototyping to volume manufacturing. Since our foundation in 1985, we have remained committed to improving our range of services by investing into the very latest, state-of-the-art machinery, including CNC equipment. We started life as a sub-contract sheet metal shop, but our range of services has grown with customer demand. This policy of continuous investment has ensured that Colbree remains at the forefront of modern manufacturing technology. In addition to sheet metal work, we now have the facilities to carry out metal turning, milling, detail presswork and assembly. In fact, we have even undertaken complete project management for some customers.

But our capabilities don't stop there: we have also invested in equipment that we consider necessary to support our processes, such as cleaning and inspection facilities. Nearly 15 years ago, we introduced computerised production management systems that allow us to schedule our resources accurately and provide our customers with progress reports. This makes supply chain coordination significantly easier. CNC Turning

From the moment Computer Numerical Control was first introduced in 1988, The Colbree Engineering Group has made significant investments into its technology. We can now offer our customers a wide range of CNC manufacturing processes, including CNC turning, CNC milling, and CNC sheet metalwork. The very latest multi-axis Citizen sliding head machines enable us to undertake turning, milling and cross drilling operations. All of our machines feature fully automatic magazine bar feeding equipment. Conventional CNC turning centres allow us to take on prototyping or small batch work to exacting standards.
